Ban Mi with roasted pork





 Ban Mi is a simple Vietnamese sandwich, a baguette stuffed with food and there are many famous banh mi variations you should try if you want to discover the true taste of Vietnam. At this always-busy restaurant, Ban mi is made with a freshly baked bread roll and pork roasted with a thick layer of salt and spices. After that, the sandwich is topped with mayonnaise, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumbers, cilantro, and chives. If desired, sliced chili peppers can be adding as a topping to make it very spicy.
