VegFest: Your next Vegan Festival in Saigon

For those practicing or even just exploring veganism in Saigon, there soon comes an opportunity to find all you could ever need and more in one place. The city’s first vegan lifestyle festival, VegFest, will take place on November 24h, bringing together more than 30 local businesses to share and promote vegan lifestyles.  From Chefs to fitness promoters to health and wellness experts, VegFest offers a unique look at all the benefits of veganism, both inside Vietnam and out.

The event is proposed by La Holista and Sống Thuần Chay, two companies leading the charge for promoting health, wellness, and veganism in Vietnam. Chiara Squinzi, a founder of La Holista, says of the festival, “it will showcase the best of Vietnam’s vegan culture, as well as exploring what it means to be vegan, discovering recipes, and exploring food and nutrition”.





VegFest will also play host to a number of special guests, including chef, author, and vlogger Duncan Kitchen to will sign copies of his book “Start Your Vegan Journey” as well as Vietnam Fitness Model 2019 Lâm Quách, who will give her perspective on vegan health.

The festival is free of charge and will run from 11 am to 7 pm at the Ho Chi Minh Youth Cultural Center, 4 Pham Ngoc Thach, District 3, HCMC.
