If you’re an ‘Aficionado’ of tapas and other Iberian delicacies, there’s nothing better than going to Tomatito restaurant, a Spanish restaurant serving delicious food reliving culinary memories of your last holiday in Spain. A successful mix between a Sevillian bodega and a cozy 80s tapas bar. This Hispanic place downtown HCMC is the perfect place for an evening with friends, but be careful, it’s difficult to get a table at Tomatito because the restaurant is always full.

The address is ideal, rue Calmette in the center of Saigon where after parking your bike you can run to sit at the table. Gastronomically talking, the restaurant remained faithful to its beginnings: El Willy, the founder of the house would be wrong to change the classics which made its reputation and success.

Thus we find with pleasure some recipes barely changed but if many dishes are from Spain (Tortilla of patatas (90 000 Vnd), Cerdo with Romescu y esparragos (175 000 Vnd), Gazpacho Andaluz (65 000 Vnd), Paella (360 000 Vnd), don’t forbid yourself more up to date dishes such as the “Salmon TNT 2.0”, an Explosive Balik salmon with sour cream and truffle honey (215,000 Vnd) or the “Fuagrás”, Seared foie gras, with confit orange apricot jam and crispy shallots (350,000 Vnd) or some other dish to share with friends such as the  cold cut ‘Jamon Salchichon’, mixed chorizo and lomo Mixed cold iberian (350 000 Vnd).

When some authentic Hispanic dishes meet a friendly bold Spanish colored decor of the 80s and a relax and funky atmosphere, we link one’s chops!
