Dezeen the famous Design magazine has just launched this April 15 until June 30, ‘Virtual Design festival’, a virtual festival dedicated to design and architecture.
With much of the world in lock down due to the coronavirus pandemic, the global architecture and design community is, along with many other sectors, facing unprecedented challenges.
Dezen, therefore, created VDF (Virtual Design Festival) a festival that will bring online the architecture and design world together to celebrate culture and commerce and explore how it can adapt and respond to extraordinary circumstances. During this festival, this platform will host a rolling program of online talks, lectures, movies, product launches and more. It will complement and support fairs and festivals around the world that have had to be postponed or canceled and it will provide a platform for design businesses, so they can, in turn, support their supply chains.
If you are interested in design, if you are a brand, a designer who wants to show his work internationally, collaborate on a discussion, place a video, an interview, launch a product or services… If you are a technology company who wants to speak to the world architecture and design community, an architecture firm with daring ideas, or a student who was unable to present its final project, VDF invite you to contact them. Everything is free without the need to register. So It’s undoubtedly an inexpensive and unexpected way to promote yourself and to meet international designers.
