The two brands are collaborating on an original capsule collection of several pairs of Crocs that are stylized in the style of 1960s blue jeans to commemorate the Denim specialist’s 150th anniversary. Therefore, Crocs has reimagined its all-terrain clog, focusing on two pairs that highlight the value of the Japanese embroidery technique known as sashiko.
The shoes are covered in these minute, exact patterns like a pair of embroidered denim pants. A red tab, as well as the American brand’s logo and buttons on the heel strap, are visible on the right shoe to evoke the look of the iconic Levi’s jeans. The sole bears the Japanese Two Horse-Pull stamp.
A third pair from the Levi’s and Crocs capsule collection features a traditional tie-dye print clog in blue and white tones, a style that draws inspiration from the traditional shibori dyeing method . Eight charms that were influenced by the hippie movement of the 1960s have been added in addition to this distinctive model. Last but not least, three metal charms created especially for the occasion are included with each pair of Crocs. All clogs will have cleated soles and an adjustable turbo heel for added comfort.
