There are few more quintessential Saigon dining experiences than an open-air, family-style meal with friends, and, perhaps, rubbing elbows with strangers. Luckily, the city has no shortage of restaurants offering both ambience and satisfying dishes to match. Traditionally known as ‘quán nhậu,’ this food and drink extravaganza is an iconic sight of nightfall across the city.
