Covering Ground at the Vietnam Jungle Marathon

May 6.2019

With new options for racers of different levels, the Vietnam Jungle Marathon is set to be a runner’s paradise. This year’s races will be held in beautiful Pu Luong Nature Reserve—about 160km from Hanoi— and features trails through remote villages, rice fields, and lush jungles.

The tracks for the race include a 10km, 25km, 42km, 55km, or 70km run. The longest routes, known as ‘ultra marathons’, have racers climbing hills, descending valleys, and traversing ancient villages throughout the stunning landscape.

Over the weekend, racers can also choose to stay in traditional Ban Hang Village homes and meet runners from around the world.
