In partnership with the Italian Consulate General in HCMC for the Italian Cuisine Week, Tavola proposes this November 17 an evening of culinary experiences to not miss. That night pizza won’t be on the menu. Instead, you’ll be reading through a list representing Italy specialties from north to south paired with regions’ best wines. The Chef Mannazu PierFranco will propose for this special event a five-course menu bringing a flavor of each Italian region. A Pinot Nero Del Trentino (DOC 2015) will be proposed with the ravioli and a Barbera D’Alba Superiore (DOC 2013) for the Tagliata. More is to come of course!
