The World Bank has approved a loan of $124 millions for the City of Ho Chi Minh to fund the establishment of a new rapid bus line working with natural gas. This new line of 23 km long will include 28 stations and will be able to connect all the main districts of the city. Theses bus will run on gas and will be able on the term to transport more than 28000 passengers per day. For the Vietnamese government, the goal is to resolve issues related to lack of transport infrastructure. In total, the project amount cost $ 137 450000 and will be financed mainly by the World Bank who bring $124 millions as a loan. The Vietnamese government will finance at the beginning $13.45 millions.
