Millions of people in Vietnam, Korea, Japan and parts of Australia will see the next solar eclipse Wednesday 9 March in the morning. The Moon will move between Sun and Earth, blocking the Sun’s rays and casting a shadow on Earth.

People in Ho Chi Minh will see the partial solar eclipse from 6.35 am to 8.40 am and in Hanoi from 6.57 am to 8.40 am

People keen to catch a glimpse of the rare phenomenon are advised not to look directly at it. Looking directly at the Sun can cause serious harm.
