NO FIREWORK THIS YEAR IN HCMC FOR NATIONAL HOLIDAY

 

 

 

Initially, every year a firework takes place in HCMC the 30 April for the Reunification Day and Labour day May 1.
Not this year, has declared the secretary of the Communist Party’s Central Committee to the HCMC People’s Committee.
Previously the traditional 31 December Fireworks and Tết (Lunar New Year) holiday late January, were also banned in cities and provinces to set aside money to help the poors.
Still, parks in the city this weekend will be alive with festivities, outdoor music, art exhibitions organized by the local cultural houses.
