NEW AO DAI SHOW AT THE AO DAI MUSEUM – HCMC

 

 

 

The Famous designer Sy Hoang has marked his comeback with his latest show “Am Vang Dat Nuoc” (whisper of history) at the Ao Dai Museum in District 1.

Ten years ago, Sy Hoang made his name with the creation of an Ao Dai ( Vietnamese traditional costume) named “Diem Hen Mot Thoi.” After his success instead organizing shows, he focused on the creation of the first Ao Dai Museum in Vietnam.

 

 

 

This everyday show hold every day from 18:30 to 22:00 pm, at the Ao Dai Museum, is organized in collaboration with the well known MC and journalist Trac Thuy Mieu. The show reveals some Ao Dai designs from the 18th century until today but also features the traditional costumes of 54 ethnic groups living in Vietnam. 40 models, carefully selected by the designer Sy Hoang and the director Hoang Nguyen Luong, present all the clothes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The show is held every day from 18:30 to 22:00, starting from 3rd January 2017 at the Ao Dai Museum, 77 Nguyen Hue, District 1, HCMC.
