More brew for you! Pasteur Street Brewing company opens a new tap room in the District 1 of HCMC this Saturday August 24 featuring their most extraordinary craft beers. Pasteur Street Brewing company was one of the first craft breweries in Ho Chi Minh City and this 5th new Tap Room 26A Le Thanh Ton, District 1 is a natural extension, offering a more intimate and centrally located place for an always better craft beer tasting experience.
Started with the idea to combine American craft brewing techniques with fresh and exotic Vietnamese ingredients to create amazing craft beer, John Reid the founder teamed up with Alex Violette, who was Head Brewer at Upslope Brewing in Boulder Colorado and together they launched the Pasteur Street Brewing Company in Vietnam in 2014. Since that date, the beer Company has brewed more than 300 styles of beer, releasing core styles in cans and bottles. They have grown into four Tap Rooms in Vietnam, and most recently in the Ancient Town of Hoi An and have sent beer to more than 300 outlets domestically and internationally to seven countries.
