Đỗ Thanh Hoa (Pông Chuẩn)
After being a Top Model, Pông Chuẩn did not pursue his model career as her friends, but focused on fashion and became stylist. With her passion and talents, Pông Chuẩn always appears with fabulous clothes combination. Many fashion items seem to be unrelated at first but always become extremely attractive when wore on this young and talented artist.
Both singer and actress, Minh Hang is one of the few beauties who achieved success in the different fields of the Vietnamese showbiz. During 13 years of her career, she did not only became famous for being an actress but also a talented singer. In 2016, she marked her return with her latest song “Break the rule,” composed by Chau Dang Khoa, which encourages women’s rights in Vietnam.
His role in “Forever Young” has made the 26-year-old actress popular among audiences. She was awarded Impressive Actress at the VTV Awards 2016 for the second time, just one night before she reached Korea to attend the Seoul International Drama Awards.
Fashion designer, director of the Vietnam Fashion Design Institute (FADIN) in HCMC, Minh Hanh is the leading figure in Vietnam’s new fashion industry. She is hybridising traditional designs and material made in Vietnam such as brocade, silk or horn with contemporary clothing. She became the first Vietnamese designer to be awarded an international prize with the title Chevalier of Culture and Art in France, the New Designer at Asia Collection Makuhari Fashion Show in Japan, the Fukuoka Arts and Culture Prize in 2015, etc. This year, Minh Hanh continued her fashion conquer with his new collection: Breathing through the mountain forest of Vietnam, presented in Paris last October.
Nguyễn Thị Phương Thảo
Co-founder of Sovico, the corporation that owns both HD and the international airline Vietjet Air, Nguyen Thi Phuong also holds the 62nd position in the list of Top 100 most powerful women by Forbes. With the plan of issuing shares for initial public offering of Vietjet Air in 2016, Ms. Thao is going to become the first female dollars billionaire in Vietnam.
Nguyễn Thị Ánh Viên
Nguyễn Thị Ánh Viên is one of the most famous swimmer of Vietnam at SEA Games 28 held in Singapore last year after winning eight gold medals and breaking 8 SEA Games records. She was the swimming representative of Vietnam in Olympic Rio 2016, and with the Asian Swimming Championship 2016 in Tokyo, Anh Vien put a significant mark on her career with a gold medal in 400m individual medleys.
With his ability to play different characters perfectly, Việt Hương is recognized in Vietnam as a “super humourist.” She is not only a familiar face in his country but also participates in many shows in foreigner’s countries like Germany, France, Switzerland or USA. She is truly the idol of the young Vietnamese generation.
Nguyễn Dzoãn Cẩm Vân
Nguyễn Dzoãn Cẩm Vân is THE familiar face of the Vietnamese cooking show “Kheo tay hay lam.” With over 20 years of TV and more than 1000 delicious dishes presented she is the Vietnamese Master Chef of all time. Although she is vegetarian, she can cook various meat dishes just by being able to “feel” them without tasting them!
