JAPANESE FILM FESTIVAL 2017 – VIETNAM

 

 

ThefFirst festival in Vietnam to present recent Japanese contemporary films, the Japan Festival film set by the Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange, offers every year an eclectic program.

The goal? Show the richness of the Japanese film production and make it available to Vietnamese people. From October 27, this 7th edition  will open his gates in Vietnam until January 2018. Drama, Comedy, Documentary, Romance, Animation … 11 new films produced after 2015 will be screened this year in cinemas in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Danang.

Daytime Shooting Star (2017/dir. SHINJO Takehiko)

Honnouji Hotel (2017/dir. SUZUKI Masayuki)

 

All films will be screened with English and Vietnamese subtitles. Admission fees: VND 30,000 per screening.

Friday 27 October – Saturday 11 November 2017 – National Cinema Center 87 Lang Ha, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. Ticket 30,000VND at National Cinema Center.
Ho Chi Minh City

Friday 24 November – Saturday 9 December 2017 – CineStar Hai Ba Trung, 135 Hai Ba Trung, D.1, HCMC – Ticket 30,000VND

Danang 

Friday 5 – Sunday 7, Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 January 2018 – Le Do Cinema, 46 Tran Phu St, Hai Chau Dist., Danang City – Ticket Free
